Our success flows from the trust we enjoy from our key stakeholders (shareholders, employees, clients, candidates, business partners and suppliers), governmental and regulatory bodies and the communities within which we operate.

Our Business Principles apply to all Hybrid Global Solutions, directors and employees.

Commercial imperative. We are a commercial organisation and we will pursue the best possible economic return for our shareholders. However, in making economic decisions, we will have regard to the impact of these decisions on other stakeholders, including society and the environment.

Clients. We are driven to achieve superior results for our customers through exceptional service delivery and we recognise that our clients' success depends upon employing the right people in their organisations. In recognition of their reliance upon us, we will strive to understand and respond to our clients' needs, to introduce those candidates most likely to meet those needs and to enhance our clients' value to their own stakeholders. In making introductions, we are committed to rewarding our clients' trust through the highest achievable professional and ethical standards.

Candidates. We understand that finding people jobs is an important task in society that carries with it duties of care and professional behaviour. We will endeavour to match candidates' needs and objectives with those of our clients and we respect our obligations of confidentiality to candidates.

Communication. We expect our staff to communicate transparently and honestly with our clients, candidates, business partners, suppliers and governmental and regulatory bodies, within the legal framework of privacy and confidentiality.

The company shall pay salaries and employment benefits that are fair and competitive in the relevant industry and adhere to all applicable wage and compensation laws, including but not limited to rules and regulations related to minimum wage, equal pay and transparency of pay. Hybrid Global Solutions shall adhere to all applicable working-hours regulations

Human rights. Our relationships with clients, candidates, employees, business partners, suppliers and the communities within which we operate are based upon respect for individuals and their human rights.

Prohibition of Forced Labour. Hybrid Global Solutions will neither use nor contribute to human trafficking, slavery, servitude, forced, bonded or involuntary labour. Third company shall contribute to the fight against these activities by implementing appropriate measures and control mechanisms, not only within their own organisation, but also in their supply chain. Hybrid Global Solutions shall not retain original identification documents, passports or other residency papers, or any other personal possessions. The company shall not charge fees and related costs to candidates or jobseekers, neither reuire their employees to provide a monetary deposit or other collateral as a condition of employment or restrict the right of employees to leave employment within contractual terms or penalise them in any way for doing so

Prohibition of Child Labour. Hybrid Global Solutions shall not employ individuals who have not reached the national legal minimum age required to work or are under the age of 15 or in those countries subject to the developing country exception of the ILO Convention 138, employ no workers under the age of 14. Hybrid Global Solutions shall never support the use of child labour i.e., work that is dangerous or harmful to children and/or interferes with their schooling, in line with ILO Convention 182. When recruiting new staff, Hybrid Global Solutions shall verify their dates of birth and document them in their personnel files

Personal conduct. All our employees are expected to act with honesty, integrity and fairness. The offer or acceptance of any form of bribery is prohibited, including facilitation fees. Hospitality, gifts and improper offers or payments that seek to induce or reward improper performance or might appear to place any person under an obligation are prohibited. All Hays companies and employees will adhere to the highest ethical and legal standards in business dealings throughout the world. Conflicts of interest that interfere with proper performance or independent judgment are prohibited.

Environment. We are committed to operating our businesses in an increasingly sustainable manner and will seek to reduce our environmental impact year on year.

Community. We firmly believe that finding people jobs is a vital benefit to society. In addition, we will invest in our communities, including direct initiatives through charities to improve the employment prospects of the disadvantaged.

Health and safety. We will conduct our operations in a manner that strives to safeguard the safety of employees and the public.

Employees. Employees should be free to choose to work for their employer and to leave the company upon reasonable notice. All employees must be provided with a clear contract of employment, which complies with local legislation. All employees must be treated in a fair and equal manner and with dignity and respect. Any form of discrimination, victimisation or harassment on the grounds of marital or civil partnership status, sex (including gender reassignment), race (including colour, ethnic and national origin, nationality), disability, sexual orientation, having or not having dependants, religious belief or political opinion, age, trade union activity and offending background should be prohibited. All applicable laws and industry standards on employee wages, benefits, working hours and minimum age should be adhered to in all countries of operation, without any unauthorised deductions. Suppliers should observe the provisions of the International Labour Organization such that any young persons under the age of 18 should not be employed to work at night or for any hazardous work and their employment should not harm the young person’s education, health or physical, mental, moral or social development. No young persons may be employed below the age of 16.

In compliance with national legislation and business practices within the UK, all Hybrid Global Solutions employees and temporary workers supplied by the company to client hirers are entitled to paid holidays.

Pay


Hybrid Global Solutions recognizes the principle of fair compensation for work and complies with the provisions of ILO convention No. 100 on equal pay for equal work.

Freedom of association/Employee representation


Hybrid Global Solutions adheres to the ILO declaration on the fundamental rights and principles at work adopted in 1998 at the 86th International Labour Conference with respect to freedom of association.

Relations with suppliers and clients


Hybrid Global Solutions informs its own suppliers and clients of the contents of this statement and urges them to consider adhering to it. It encourages them to introduce and implement equivalent principles in their own companies.

Implementation


This statement will be distributed to all staff of Hybrid Global Solutions. Employees and work seekers registered with the company for the provision of recruitment services will have the opportunity to inform the company of any conduct that does not comply with this statement.
